Erreurs build and run android

bonjour à tous, je developpe un jeu pour android depuis quelques temps, mais avec les nouvelles reglementations du play store il a fallu que j'installe la derniere mise a jour du sdk (28) et la derniere mise a jour de unity (2018.1.6.f1) et depuis le build marche toujours mais pas le build and run, il me donne ces erreurs:

Win32Exception: Le fichier spécifié est introuvable.

etant donné que je n'ai plus beaucoup de temps pour le finaliser je commence a perdre espoir, est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une idée?

La dernière version d'Unity n'est pas obligatoire et la minimum API sera la 24. (Nougat 7.0)
Si jamais, repasse sur la version d'Unity qui fonctionnait.
