Dans ton log, en cas de crash, tu as un endroit où il le met "Crash!". C'est surtout cette partie là qui pourrait être intéressante.
C'est désormais une configuration assez courante, donc pas sûr que cela soit lié. Après tu as peut-être un soucis matériel, là c'est à toi de creuser.

Est-ce que ça viendrait du fait que certains assets n'utilisent pas une puissance de 2 dans leurs textures ?D3D11: Failed to create RenderTexture (1203 x 523 fmt 27 aa 1), error 0x8007000e
Même si rester sur des textures 2^n est préférable, je ne pense pas que cela soit cela qui provoque le crash (aujourd'hui la plupart des CG savent s'affranchir de ce genre de chose). Maintenant, il y a bien un soucis lors de la création de cette texture, et il va falloir trouver pourquoi. L'erreur 0x8007000e est plutôt lié à un "OUTOFMEMORY".
